Linen is a natural fibre derived from the flax plant. Known for its strength, breathability and distinctive texture, it offers excellent comfort in warm weather and becomes softer with wear. Flax generally requires little irrigation and relatively few pesticides, contributing to linen's reputation as a lower-impact fibre.

Founded in Colombia in 2018 by Catalina Álvarez and Mariana Hinestroza, AGUA by Agua Bendita grew from the founders' earlier brand, Agua Bendita, launched in 2003. The brand places Latin American heritage and craftsmanship at the centre of its collections, known for hand-illustrated prints, intricate embroidery and romantic silhouettes. Its pieces often combine artisanal techniques with natural and recycled fabrics.
