These terms govern your use of bycomposition. By using the site you agree to them. bycomposition is operated by bycomposition Limited, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17169647).
What bycomposition is
bycomposition is a discovery service: we help you find clothing, accessories and books, and let you search and filter them by their material composition. We do not sell any products ourselves. Every item links out to a third-party retailer, where the purchase, payment, delivery and returns are handled entirely by that retailer under their own terms.
Product information & accuracy
We take accuracy seriously — composition, fabric and origin are drawn from what retailers publish, and we work hard to keep them right. Even so, we cannot guarantee that every detail, price or availability is complete, current or error-free; these are set by the retailer and can change at any time. Always confirm the details on the retailer’s own page before buying. Price and availability shown carry the date we last checked them.
Affiliate links
Some links to retailers are affiliate links (for example via the Awin network). If you buy after clicking one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This never affects which products we show or how we rank them — our selection is based only on composition. See our Affiliate Disclosure.
Your account
You may sign in with Google to save favourites. You’re responsible for activity under your account; keep access to your Google account secure. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
Acceptable use
Please don’t scrape, copy, resell or systematically extract our content or data, interfere with the site’s operation or security, or use it unlawfully. The site’s content, design and compiled data are owned by bycomposition Limited or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law.
Third-party sites
Retailer and other external sites we link to are outside our control and have their own terms and privacy policies. We’re not responsible for their content, products or practices.
No warranty & liability
The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or from any purchase you make from a retailer. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
